- Make cheques payable to B. Paulsen. To hold your perch you must pay your perch fees as soon as possilbe.
- Ship birds at 28-30 days of age between April 24th. to May 16th. 2010.

- Enter one bird in each division and you will be allowed one backup bird.
- On August 25th. if there is more than one vacancy in the three divisions, participants can identify which division they would like to place their backup bird in at no further cost. If not applicable they can activate their backup bird by paying the appropriate division fee only.
- On August 26th. if the owner of the backup bird has chosen not to activate his bird anyone may do so by identifying which division they would like to place the bird in and follow up with the payment. This maybe done by E mail or by phone.
- All birds will race together from one race point.
- All remaining non-activated birds will not go the race.
- Payout will be based on division activity; a full compliment of birds is 60 plus backups.
- First prize overall is realized by taking 10% from the total funds of each division and adding it to the first prize of the winning bird (division).
- Each division will have a first, second, and third prize.
- Following the race the entrants may claim their bird(s). All shipping expenses to be paid by the entrant and not the hosts. Birds not claimed become the property of the hosts.
All birds entered at your own risk. All shipping expenses and liabilities are the owner's responsibility. All fees payable are non-refundable in the case of lost birds regardless of the circumstances surrounding the loss. Progress reports on the diary page, participants page, and results posted as soon as possible on this site. Birds clocked using the TAURIS system and the clock print out will the the official race results. In the event that there are no birds home in race time in any one division, the entry fee for that division will be refunded less the 10%. All decisions pertaining to the derby will be at the discretion of the hosts and handlers.
GARDEN PARTY SATURDAY, AUGUST 28TH AT THE LOFT. BRING YOUR OWN REFRESHMENTS AND CHAIRS. FOOD SUPPLIED BY YOUR HOSTS.
